Junior Starter Group (8+)
Wednesday 6.00pm Witton Park (Summer) St Wilfrids School (Winter) Alison Hulme 01254 200444. Introduction to Athletics aimed at Primary school children covering all disciplines - sprints, throws, endurance, jumps and hurdles before moving into a specific training group.

Senior Training Run

Weight Training
Mondays 6pm-7.30pm, The Mill Gym, Lower Darwen. Strength training using free weights for all events. Aims to improve posture, stability, range of movement and (lastly) power. Taking beginners through the autumn, contact Sarah Henton - 01254 761228.
