Alison evaluated her Race and told us that I ran 4:14:55 last night, it was a busy race and I think I didn’t really go off hard enough… I had enough left to go past a couple of people in the last 200m and recovered quickly afterwards…. I was a bit disappointed with the time but it was good race practice and not a bad start to the year”. This opening Race of the year for Alison puts here straight in a number 3 in the National Rankings, just two hundreths of a second off 2nd spot. A cracking start to the 2015.
