Karl Billington and Jamie Vickery both won medals at last weekend’s BUCS indoor championships in Sheffield.
Karl won bronze in the 3000m with a time of 8:31.70 and Jamie won Silver in the 4x200m relay with a split of 21.9. Jamie also made the semi final in the individual 200m after winning his heat.
