Charlotte Williams had her first competition in the US since moving to the University of Georgia in 2020. This was at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational held on March 19th & 20th.
Her Hammer competition featured eight athletes at the end of the event, Charlotte came out on top with a distance of 59.85m from Hannah Daffin in 2nd place (51.88m) and Maggie Johnston in 3rd (50.93m). In winning the event there was really good consistency to, as she posted four 59m plus throws.
