In her Heat, Emily took the win in a seasons best time of 9.71 which took her to the Semi-Final and a 2nd place there with a new personal best of 9.56. In the Final she came in 5th with 9.64, a great achievement and just reward for a young athlete who really works hard in training. Watch this space for the future.

Afterwards Emily told the Club that it was aBig improvement, got to the final, came 5th out of 30, definitely room for improvement, got my confidence back after changing my stride pattern. Overall very good day

In his latest outing at Lee Valley, he increased that to 2.00m. No doubt going in the right direction and now he is injury free he can look forward to extending his PB of 2.04m telling the Club that I am feeling in great shape and everything is slowly started to come together. I still have a lot to improve on but hopefully a big pb is in the cards this year!”
