All teams must declare for their entered events at least 30 minutes before the start time of their event. No late declarations will be accepted.

• Numbers to be worn front and back
• No pins will be available. You must provide your own (8 needed)
• Only Club, County, Area or National vests will be permitted. All athletes are reminded that all clothing must be clean and so designed and worn as not to be objectionable, even if wet

• Bib numbers must not be cut or folded in any way.

Results will be available, as soon as possible, after each event has finished.

We ask please that every athlete is aware of the above rules and guidance to ensure the smooth running of the event in accordance with UKA rules.
