PROVISIONAL INFORMATION – for the 2020 – 2021 Mid Lancs Cross Country League Season

** There is considerable uncertainty about the 2020/21 cross country season as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. We will need to wait until it is deemed safe to restart. And it may ultimately be that we cannot hold a league this coming season; The dates and venues above merely provide a guide to what might be. We will update the page as more certain information becomes available.

Current EA guidance on a return to cross country running

NB 1. All runners must be England Athletics registered on the day they race. All new runners, including guests, are advised to bring their England Athletics Reg’n Number if they register on race day.
2. Clubs with 2nd claim runners need to ensure their 2nd claim status is registered with England Athletics.

 

7th November 2020 Wilson Playing Fields, Hyndburn
28th November 2020 Sefton Park, Liverpool BA Cross Challenge if it can be be run on the planned date
5th December 2020 Leigh Sports Village, Leigh
16th January 2021 Towneley Park, Burnley
13th February 2021 Venue tba
13th March 2021 GSK Sports Club, Ulverston
