2012 Olympic and 2015 World Championship Finalist – Holly Bradshaw – returned to competition at the weekend in the IAAF Diamond League Meeting in Birmingham.

Her last outing came 10 months ago at Gateshead in the Great City Games which followed her 7th place in the Beijing World Championships.

RESULTS

It was a real pleasure to see Holly back in competition and she told the Club at the weekend“It was great to be back competing especially in front of an amazing home crowd. It’s been a long time since I jumped with a hard bar and in a competitive situation and I didn’t quite execute my jumps properly which resulted in a sub-par performance. But it’s great to be back and I know what I need to work on so I’m looking forward to the next one in 9 days time”
