Paul Bradshaw was back on old territory on Saturday in Cardiff when he took on the 800m, his first race over the distance since May 2014. It was also his second Indoor Race of this season, having earlier set a new PB of 9.10.45 for the 3000m at Cardiff. In this 800m Race, Paul came 2nd, pipped on the line with a solid opening time of 1.54.20 (the winner clocking 1.54.16).
Joe Pearse was also competing in his second Indoor competition this winter, in the High Jump. He finished 6th in a field of 12 with a clearance of 1.90m in his first fixture and followed that up this last weekend with a 7th finishing spot out of 10 High Jumpers with an increased clearance of 1.95m. Again the standard in this fixture was very, very good with a winning clearance of 2.24m.
