As soon as we arrived in Glendalough we were off for a course recce although we couldn’t see more than 5m in front of us because of the fog. Luckily by Saturday it had cleared! The race was tough and I was a bit disappointed with the result but all in all it was a good experience and I had a great time.”

Jack was 13th overall in his Race and commented after the Race that I was 13th I had a good ascent, but struggled with stomach cramps on the descent! This meant I had to slow!! I really enjoyed the race and it was great to run for England again! The course was fast and the competiton was a really high standard!
