A few weeks ago, Kaylie Panaro ran the Trimple 20 in a very solid time which indicated that she would break the four hour barrier and potentially by quite a margin – and that is exactly what she did. Placing 2742nd in a cracking time and new PB of 3.42.18 she was bubbling after the Race when she commented “I’m really pleased with what I’ve achieved today in Manchester, I set off with a goal of 3:45 so to come in at 3:42 is brilliant! Next stop Berlin Marathon!” Kaylie’s run shows what can be achieved with consistency and hard work.
