MIchael is unable to be at Witton tomorrow night – 15th October – to lead his section of the Sprint Group. The session he has set is a follows:
300m x 4 – 250m x 3 – 200m x 2 – 150m x 2 – 100m x 1
Abby Leigh Edmundson will run the session in Michael’s place.
