Sam spoke to the Club following her title winning performance and told us that she was Very happy to become British Champion 2017! It has been a tough season so far for me. Since returning from Poland, I focused all my efforts on recovery and making myself feel good in all training sessions. I enjoyed each event and was able to focus on my processes. Crossing the line first felt amazing especially as I knew my family were in the crowd. This win automatically qualifies me for the European Championship which take place in Minsk, Belarus in July. Let’s go!”
