The first of the current round of Saturday morning Endurance Training sessions took place at Witton Park on October 5th and was led by Endurance Coach Jorma Jarvinen. The session consisted of 4 sets x 5 x 1 minute reps with 30 seconds recovery between reps and 3 minutes between sets.

The next Saturday Morning session is on October 12th starting at 11.00am.
