Paul Bradshaw who is currently in Arizona training, along with his fiance Holly Bleasdale, ran his second outdoor race of the season – his first was a 48.92 clocking in the 400m at the Goucho Oudoor Invitational in Glendale, Arizona. For his second outdoor race so far Paul raced over his favourite distance of 800m on May 18th with a really fine performance at the USATF High Performance Classic in Los Angeles California. Running 1:47.75, Paul was less than three tenths of a second off his PB which augurs really well for the rest of the season. Currently, he is 5th in the national rankings with Michael Rimmer on 1:44.97 leading.

Holly kicks off her outdoor season in New York on May 25th and then follows that fixture up with competitions in Oslo (June 13th); Gateshead (June 22nd); Reims (June 26th); Birmingham (June 30th); European U23 Championships (July 12th); Jockgrim (July 23rd); London (July 26th) and the World Championships in Moscow (August 11th).
