Helen, who finished in 158th place (1hr 39.47) won the Open Female Category which was a great result and following the Race she said “Snowdon was a fantastic race. Despite arriving at the start line with 3mins to spare after being stuck in holiday traffic I had a good run. Some how I won open cat ladies!! Was really pleased with my time, the heat was horrendous and although I came flying down, the last mile on the road was harder than the 3 peaks! I can’t wait til next year after a solid winter to do all these races again and smash my times

Becky came in 189th (1hr 42.35) and 4th in the Open Female Category and speaking after the Race said “It was an incredibly tough race, especially with the heat on the day. I found some of the sections towards the top a little trickier, but made up places in the last 20 minutes, so overall very pleased with my run to complete it and finish strong. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future“.
