Ben Fish took on one of his favourite Races on Wednesday and nearly broke the Course Record winning in a time of 24.51, ahead of Chris Farrell in second place (25.24) and Tom Carson third (26.04). Ben was pleased and in relation to the Course Record he said “it’s about 23 secs out, but I was happy with that. I always run well there and it’s always good to go back to race it. I’ve ran in this race more than any other, one of my favourite races”.

Mark Almond back after a recent injury problem was the second Harrier home in 25th spot (29.52). He was followed home by the improving Allan Hartley who finished 52nd (31.38) and full one and a half minutes faster than in the same race in 2013.
