It was the last fixture of the season before the Medal Meeting –  (August 29th at Blackpool) – at Hyndburn at the weekend and was greeted with more than its fair share of rain throughout the day. Given the holidays it was a good turnout from the Harriers with 30 athletes competing on the day. The 30 Harriers also set a host of new PB’s – 14 in total – which given the conditions  was a pretty good showing.
