Entry Form

League Rules:-

1 Club and Schools affiliate to LCSL.   2017/18 affiliation fee is £100 payable by 13/10/17

to Lancashire County Sportshall League sent to Address below.

2 Affiliated Club and School must pre-enter athletes 7 Days before the date of the meeting on a Club Entry Form (entry fee £7 per athlete per meeting) and submit them with full payment to address below.

IMPORTANT Clubs must bring each individual entry form for each athlete and give them in to the recording desk prior to the commencement of each meeting

3 Entry Fee of £7 per athlete each meeting. Late entries for athletes from affiliated clubs and schools is £10 and entries close at 9.40am on the day of the meeting.

4 Guests pay £10 entry fee, Entries will be accepted up to 9.40am on the day of the meeting.

5 Number will be issued on the day to the club/school Team Manager.
