Ben Aspinall, who has contested all of the seven Sale Harriers Open Series meetings during the Winter, plus the Northern Athletics U17 / U20 / Senior Championships where he took a Bronze Medal in the Triple Jump with 12.53m, showed what good form he is in by winning both the Long Jump (5.78m) and the Senior Men’s Triple Jump with a new PB of 12.91m. There is no doubt that Ben’s hard work during the winter will see him break the 13m mark for the Triple Jump this year and threaten the 6.0m mark in the Long Jump.
